Mohel Gavreal Radfard combines years of dedicated Torah study, professional training, and compassionate care in every Bris Milah. He began his learning at Yeshivas Ner Israel in 2011, where he built a strong foundation in Torah and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Talmudic Law. He later received semicha from Rav Yosef Berger, with a specialized focus on the laws of Bris Milah. To master the practical skills of circumcision, he trained at the prestigious London School of Circumcision under the guidance of renowned expert mohel Efraim Josavics, who has performed thousands of procedures worldwide. He continues to consult with leading experts to ensure the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and halachic precision. Mohel Radfard is widely known for his calm, gentle approach and his deep sensitivity to both the child and the parents. His technique focuses on minimizing discomfort while ensuring a smooth, efficient procedure, using advanced methods designed to promote proper healing—without compromising any halachic standards. With a strong emphasis on safety and clear communication, he guides families through every step of the process—from preparation to aftercare—providing reassurance and support throughout. Families from a wide range of backgrounds—including Orthodox, Conservative, and unaffiliated Jewish communities, as well as Christian and Muslim families—have trusted him with this important milestone. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, Mohel Radfard lives with his wife and four children and serves families throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, and surrounding areas.
